Our story
DPD is built on principles of accessible, long-lasting products and dedicated to quality craft using natural production processes. Our products are created with warmth and human sentiment, bringing together a community of local crafts people on the edge of east London.
DPD was founded by David and Penny Daltrey in 1985 to fulfil their vision of providing conscientiously made, handcrafted products for the hospitality and residential environments.
Declan Perkins and Andrew Figueira joined DPD in 2019 to expand the team and bring their collective experiences from the hospitality and furniture worlds. This collaboration brings a new creative direction to DPD that will expand on the enduring success of the brand.
Restoration & Repair
Mindful restoration and repair of furniture makes sense in our increasingly consumer society. DPD can reupholster and reinforce soft furnishings. We also undertake the servicing, repair, strengthening as well as refinishing of any hard furnishings. To minimise the impact on businesses we provide loan products from stock that are held at our warehouse.

The DPD Made Collection was developed thoughtfully, with the goal of creating a series of pieces produced with an honesty of process.
We carefully considered the materials, production methods, and thinking behind their conception. We believe this exploration of design and craftsmanship will lead to thoughtful and warm products with a human heart.

DPD holds a range of products intended for use in the hospitality sector, they are available for immediate delivery or can be reupholstered and refinished if required.
